The Noirescape, built in 2017, is a private house nesting on a 525-sqm property in Binangonan, Rizal, a first-class municipality just outside of Metro Manila. Half of the property where the main house sits is elevated with the welcoming garden at ground-level.
The Entrance to The Noirescape is a 12-feet high by 18-feet wide entry gate built in expensive Canadian wood and stainless intrusion-resistant steel barrier. The wood planks and steel protection alternate to give an inviting signal to the quality of the property.
As you come through the The Noirescape’s Entrance, the elevated Garden greets you. To its left is the Platform, the multi-purpose open space leading to the Glass Apartment . On your entry, the Garage is to your left, which doubles as a work area for DIY projects and continuous home improvements for the property.
The Noirescape’s Glass Apartment is a glass wraparound self-contained private apartment with most of the glass walls sliding to let fresh air come in and fill the entire space. Airconditioning units in multi-function and office rooms. The floors are laid out with designer tiles throughout except for the multi-function room being vinyl. The tile design and pattern shifts as you move to different functional space.
